Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We ship with DHL Standard (Go Green) from Berlin, Germany. After receipt of payment, delivery usually takes 1-3 days for shipments within Germany. For shipments to all other countries it can take 3-15 days. For certain items, we use a freight carrier for shipping. The costs vary depending on the location and quantity.
Currently we only ship within the EU. If you live in a country outside the EU, please contact us at info@25kg.eu, and we can organise an individual order.
Shipping costs
THING_01
Shipping within Germany costs from 10.50 EUR to 38.00 EUR depending on quantity. We charge between EUR 21.50 and 55.00 EUR for shipping to EU countries depending on quantity. For higher quantities than 6 pcs per order, please contact us via info@25kg.eu.
THING_02
For certain items like THING_02, we use a freight carrier for shipping. The costs vary depending on the destination and quantity. Please inquire via info@25kg.eu.
Depending on the destination a purpose-built shipping crate might be necessary.
Shipping to non-EU countries (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom) is subject to prior consultation. Please contact info@25kg.com.
Deliveries to some countries may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Returns
Of course, we hope that you like our products and that they become a regular companion. If you do not like a product, you can of course return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Please note that returns are not free of charge.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us in advance at info@25kg.eu and inform us about your return. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed.
In some cases, items must be returned via a freight carrier — we will advise you accordingly.
Keep your proof of posting until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received. This document serves as evidence of the return date and your tracking number.
Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
Please ensure that returned items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be refunded the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you selected for your order.
